The founder
Albino Piñeiro: field experience turned into method
Albino Piñeiro served for 21 years as CEO and EPC Project Director of IPC Integral, with direct accountability for schedule, budget, quality, and HSE across its documented contracts. He holds a PhD in Management Science from Rafael Belloso Chacín University — URBE and an MBA from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
Since 2020, he has been the founder and creator of iPDM PRO, a federated platform that turns industrial experience, models, schedules, costs, and documents into verifiable information for controlled decisions.
Albino originated the method; IPC Integral turned it into a governed, reproducible, and transferable system.
